Gary's Outdoor Total Athletic Conditioning


Clients enjoy the scenic beauty of San Francisco while getting a fantastic workout.  Gary creates an unmistakably innovative and effective 1 or 1 1/2 hour workout that is more than a boot camp.  He tailors the exercises and challenges to each client regardless of age, fitness level or physical limitations in a group setting.  Clients improve speed, strength, flexibility and balance while enjoying the lively and supportive nature of the G-TAC group.  This makes getting fit seem less like work and more like play!

If paying for a month of G-TAC you must pay within the first 5 days of the month.  Payment for individual classes should be paid at the beginning of each workout.  Gary currently accepts cash & checks.
